Do you deliver overseas?
No, sorry we can only process and deliver orders within New Zealand at this present time. If you are overseas and interested and are interested in any of our games, please contact email@example.com
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are sent within 7 working days of receiving the order.
How do you send the orders?
All our orders are sent by Courier or NZ Post depending on the size of the order.
There is no extra handling charge for rural address, we process all our orders with a flat rate of $8.50 anywhere across New Zealand.
Is there a limit to how many Games I can purchase?
No, you can purchase as many games as you like. However, there is a minimum order of 5 single games per order.
How do I use my discount code?
Once you’ve added your items to your shopping cart and arrived at the checkout, there will be a text box there for you to enter it into. Then all you need to do is click the ‘apply’ button.
Can I pick up my purchase?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a pickup option.
Can I pay for my order with bank deposit instead of credit card?
Yes, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange for you. There is also an option at check out to pay by bank deposit.
Can I get an invoice?
All orders will receive a GST invoice.
Do the prices on the website include GST?
Yes, all our prices include GST, except for the Lifetime Licence.
